While one almost never finds a candidate with whom one can completely agree, there are still lesser and greater evils in the choices presented. Why should I replace someone with whom I share a fundamental political philosophy with someone who will be diametrically opposed to nearly everthing I believe? The rise of a voting block based on the principle you suggest is unlikely in the extreme. Simply think of the attitude expressed above. As a pragmatic matter, it will simply be easier to pass term limits which force "new blood" into the political arteries every so often. While this may be possible with state laws, it will more likely require an ammendment to the federal constitution.
