Hmmmmm, because like most other national holiday's people with meaningful jobs wouldn't be able to take the day off and that proposal would just be another excuse for union government workers to have a day off from the jobs they already put so little effort into.


This is just another proposal the real intent of which is to give people who feed at the public trough more influence at the polls...
