I don't understand where is the problem? If someone lies to you and make you
feel bad you will have power to punish him and you may do it repeatedly many
times until you get over it. I doubt anyone will use his evaluation power
based on testimony of other people. Also it will be very danger giving false
testimonies because ones it is discovered as a false one it may hurt liar by
all of the people. Well even people may lie sometimes, they need, like, and
do create their life based on justice just because they cannot accept other
way. That will teach a liar not to lie and not to hurt you any more. Also
only weak and impotent people lie. The system I proposed will make everyone
strong. You and other people will get a power never existed before and that
is what will make a better world. I think that will be the most important
measure in the future and will make a wonderful world.

By the way my proposal uses a human selfishness to make a better world. For
example; the work will become a value for itself and therefore in order to
make more happiness to themselves the workers will work more and produce
more. Distribution of goods will be another story that will depend on many
factors beside the work. Much more human than it is today.
