Why do you say the wrong to young people? Don't you know that the Soviet government during USSR period followed the policy of internationalism and didn't make the Jews complete outcasts of society. Great number examples when the Jews achieved a success as a great musicians or scientifics in the USSR say about it. Many of Jews worked as a doctor, an architect, a director of plants, etc (though I hadn't heard that they worked as a farming worker). So to identify the Soviet Union as Nazi Germany is insulting of Memory of 20 millions Soviet people fought and lost during the WW2 against Nazism. But everyone was victimized if he blamed the USSR regime. Indifferently who he was - Russian, Ukrainian, Jew ... Perhaps interrelation between the Jews from different countries let them to raise the international political scandal when dissident was the Jew (Andrey Sakharov, the Father of Russian hydrogen bomb for one of the examples). Many of Jews not casted off the USSR because of the victimization but left it for fat life in Israel. Alexander P.
