Group for Study of Songun Policy Formed in U.S. 

Pyongyang, September 2 (KCNA) -- A group for the study of the Songun policy was
inaugurated in the U.S. some days ago. John Paul Cupp, chairman of the All
Anti-Imperialists Wishing to Build Solidarity with the DPRK, in the U.S., was
elected chairman of the group and Travis Dandy secretary general of the group.
The group in a letter addressed to the Mission of the National Democratic Front
of South Korea in Japan noted that they are going to follow the great Songun
policy as the policy is superior to other policies and the best policy arousing
all the popular masses to the struggle to defend socialist Korea.
The members of the group got together and united as one to support and encourage
the DPRK and such south Korean mass vanguard organization as the National
Democratic Front of South Korea, the letter said.
The letter said that they would actively follow the Songun policy as they knew
well that the principle of giving importance to the army laid down by leader Kim
Jong Il is a strategical and tactical treasured sword to defeat the enemies,
reject revisionism, build and complete socialism in the world.
 
 
The Songun Politics of Comrade Kim Jong Il, often lovingly revered as the
Army-Centered Policy, solidifies the single-hearted unity and death-defying
spirit of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, in its anti-US Showdown.
Furthermore, by correctly applying Marxist-Leninism and Juche to the military
sphere, placing priority in ideological work, and making no illusions to the
nature of US Imperialism; the Songun Politics of Marshal Kim Jong Il, correctly
places the Gun before the Hammer and Sickle.
Inspired by Comrade Kim Jong Il and the Principled Stance of the Democratic
People's Republic of Korea, each day more and more people come unite to bbuild
solidarity with the Korean Worker's Paradise. Together we can learn
Army-Centered Policies because Songun Politics are Superior to all other forms.
Furthermore, as the US Imperialists, the common hated oppressor, continues its
provocative threats, Military occupation, and refusal to sign a non-aggression
treaty,the Army-Centered Policies of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Il, are a
correct pro-active policy arming the masses to defend their Socialist Homeland.
The Songun Politics Study Group (USA), taking the lead from Pro-DPRK Activists
around the world, have come together to unite in solidarity with the Comrade Kim
Jong Il led Democratic People's Republic of Korea, as well as south Korean
Popular Vanguard Forces, such as the National Democratic Front of South Korea.
Knowing that the Army-Centered Postulates invented by Dear Leader Kim Jong Il
are a treasure-sword of strategies and tactics for defeating the enemy,
countering revisionism, and building Socialism and Communism in the world; it
only stands to reason that comrades in the US wishing to fight for freedom,
would desire and emulate the Songun Politics.
Membership is by acceptance of the Chairman and General Secretary, only.
However, visitation at such gatherings are open to all anti-imperialists wishing
to build solidarity with the DPRK, and help us plan events, cultural gatherings,
