Has there ever been an inquiry?  I saw videos of the event and fires
appeared all over. That seems consistent with the explanation that the
Waco Dravidians were Wacko and burned their own children.

What point would there be in Clark setting such fires?  He comes out a
hero if he arrests everyone without an injury.
