If so, I need a bit of clarifications:

I looked back over the thread and don't see any post from a "Marty
Heldt". What documents are you referring to?

Moreover, unless this Marty person posted a link along with the
documents, I'd probably have a problem vouching for their
authenticity. Be that as it may, I'd still like to see them first.
