Bush has abandoned the war on terrorism in order to let his neocon advisers who lost in his father's administration, work out their little international fantasy. The result is, reduced efforts against terrorism, reduced efforts to secure the US against attack, and maximum alienation of both our allies and the Muslim world. I'd say Osama has hit the trifecta with Bush.
