Including whether or not we send him, President Cheney, VP Lay,
conspirators Wolfowitz and Perle, and propagandists Limbaugh, OReilly,
Hannity, Coulter et al. to the Hague for trial before the
International Commission on War Crimes.

I think we should depoliticize this issue.  Send 'em to the Hague, and
we'll accept their verdict.

Lies #1 and #2

On the contrary, with one exception, all major acts of terrorism in
the US have been the results of dittoheads missing their meds; i.e.,
the dittohead who decided Rush was Right about Daschle and sent
anthrax around, killing three, and Tim McVey and what'shisface
Koresch.

The one domestic and one foreign bombing I can recall, everyone
involved was either arrested and is currently in prison, or, if
captured in Saudi Arabia, got their heads cut off.

I believe we should begin profiling for dittoheads.  Obviously
dangerous and certainly not human in the sense we understand the term.
 They hate our freedom and love terrorism, since it wins elections for
them even if it's all a myth.

Who is "Sudan"?  This an individual?  A state?  I know of no entity
called "Sudan" although there is an ungoverned area of Africa with
that name.
