when the US military starts issuing body counts, you know they are losing

it is like the FBI trying to give the impression it is doing a thorough 
investigation by issuing press releases that they have interviewed 'over 
1200 people' or whatever -- when they start talking about quantity of 
investigation interviews what they mean is 'we are engaged in a cover up'

when the military starts issuing body counts  -- it means, we are losing
