Shame on you is a good deal more accurate. What those who care about
law want is to have them tried by a fair court, whether military or 
not. For the US to hold prisoners two years with no access to trail,
legal help, or much of anything else is absolutly un-American. Those
who support such tactics show themselves solidly against the law, against
America, and in support of all regimes which do such things. Which is to
say totalitarian regimes.
