Davidian survivors sued in court and a San Antonio jury found that the
folks at the compound were not wrongfully killed.

This argument had its day in court, and lost.

Three arson investigators each concluded that Davidians started the
fire.

Criminal jury found Davidians guilty of various crimes.

That Davidians were wrongfully killed is a nice theory, but it never
holds up.

Jurors in Texas are not exactly left-wingers.

They all, each and every one of them, saw all the evidence and
concluded - Davidians were the wrong doers.
