We all want them to come home alive and well, that is NOT an issue. But to call this a war unlike any other war...well, the only thing that strikes me as making the Iraq War unlike another war is the fact that we attacked a rather run-down defenseless country that was governed by a rather nasty small-time dictator, without ANY provocation and without ANY attempt on his part to hurt our country in any way. It is a fact, however, that this nasty little dictator WAS a threat Israel, a known friend of the US, and even the president said that "sharon owes me" when commenting on his winning the Iraq War. So just back down off of that "terror" bullshit, because the factors behind this war had nothing to do with terrorism and everything to do with politics and cronyism and power. And face the fact that this is why our kids are dying over there and as a result, they are creating more terrorists every day. So that Sharon can breathe easy, until he decides that we need to attack Iran, which is also a threat to him. -- Mamamia
