It's called being under "Bush Family Protection." To the list of George and Neil you can also add Ken Lay, Rush Limbaugh, Dick Cheney, and the Saudi Royal Family as well. Look at it this way, anybody who is powerful enough to get the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the will of the American people and award a presidential election to their son, an individual who the voters just declared their disdain for to the tune of over half a million votes, can surely handle little issues like cocaine shenanigans. Are you really naive enough to believe that mere law applies to these people?
