Note his employer was the son of the President of China. 

Obviously looking after the Prez's little brother - maybe to win favour in
the short term......but with a black-mail kicker to be used at an opportune
time. 

Moral of the Story: Beware of free hookers. They aren't really free....and
Neil Bush's life deconstructs around him....and it all reflects badly on
the ethical vacuum among the Bush siblings. 

Jeb cheats in elections. 

George lies about war. 

Neil fucks anything that knocks on his door and takes millions from the son
of the Chinese President for doing sweet FA. 

What a family.
