Let's stop coddling bad drivers

Speeders and DUIs and red light runners are deadly criminals and
should not be let off with fines.   Republicans talk about being hard
on crime but when the crime is killing someone with a car (like laura
bush did), they turn into the biggest criminal coddlers of all.
