Palestinian factions march in protest against "Switzerland document"

Gaza - Palestinian Islamic and national forces have organized yesterday a
massive march in the Jabaliya refugee camp to protest the signing of the
so-called "Switzerland document" on that same day in Geneva.

Thousands of Palestinian refugees along with leaders of a number of
Palestinian factions took part in the march that denounced the document for
surrendering the Palestinian refugees' right of return.

Demonstrators described the Palestinian signatories to that document as
"traitors" who conspired against the Palestinian people's rights.

The participants reiterated a statement issued by the Hamas Movement's
refugee affairs department declaring detachment from that document, which
the statement described as one of humiliation and shame.

The statement further charged the Palestinian signatories to that document
of attempting to rob the Palestinian people's struggle and Jihad.

The march ended in a rally in which various factions were given the floor to
announce their rejection of the document.

Dr. Nizar Rayyan, speaking on behalf of Hamas, said that his Movement would
continue to obstruct the implementation of the document.

Rayyan said that Hamas would continue its campaign against the document
until it was completely dropped.
