SINCE FEBRUARY is the Roman version of the month
of oracular inquiry, being the last month of the
ecclesiastical (spring-to-spring) year, it's the
right time to begin posting my Judicial Almanach,
my latest project consisting of planetary charts
and astrological forecasts for each month of the
new year. These will be caelestial & terrestrial
"weather" prognostications by sidereal & synodic
aspect respectively, by reading daily horoscopes,
which tend to last from several days to weeks at
a time, depending on the position of the planets
to the Earth. For example, the first of February
2004 shall begin with the following astronomical
data, indicating planetary aspects and positions
of rulership in the terrestrial zodiac, which is
good through the better part of February, except
for the Moon's transits and Mercury's ingress of
Virgo, particularly towards the end of the month:
