There's a difference between "Republican" and "Bush administration," not to mention the obvious difference between "Republican" and "independent" voters such as I (even though most independent voters are kids who "mirror" the Dems). Were you to remain accurate you'd notice that more than once I have lamented aloud and made worse remarks concerning the too-close oil-interest-related ties between the too-coddling Bush people and the Saudis. (The Pakistanis are even worse as US "allies," but at least with them the oil interests aren't there and useful to the Bush people as a worthless rationalization -- all that remains is either a hope to support Musharraf because the alternatives are worse, or wooly-headed "peace" nonsense that only is understandable given that both India and Pakistan have nukes are are willing to use them, along with being willing to bomb each other's reactors.)
