i'M not going to knock it, but I think it would play more a psychological
factor. The body has amazing healing powers all of its' own. If certain
psychological changes are triggered, recovery might be expedited or at
least stressors that impede recovery would be nullified.
I see it more as a mood-elevator and the patient dwells less on negative
aspects of their condition
