I think you are kind of wrong regarding alot people being gullible.  I think
they hear drug benefit then they get all excited.  It will have to be in
effect a while before everyone sees how "nice" Bush's Drug Benefit really
is.

People can be lazy and don't look into the details much and that is where
you get screwed..in the fine print.  As I said before it really gets the
public attention it will be well into 2006-07 or later THEN they will be
pissed but Bush will be ready to line book deals on his memoirs.  TOO LATE.
