I don't think that the disabled are that gullibule.  Since we have to spend our
own dime, many of us are well informed about the changes in Medicare.  It is
the younger generation that appears to lack the information we have. 

 My SIL has told me what a great deal these changes are for me.  He fails to
realize, given the cost of my medications, it is not auch a great deal.

We question both the regulations but also the fact they will not go into effect
until 2006.  And the discount cards are even less of a deal.  Since many of us
take medication manufactured by different drug companies, the discount card is
no bargain.
