Injured next door neighbor, with severe laceration, goes to Herman.  Herman
thinks through the process, calls 911, waits.  Neighbor dies, ambulance took to
long arriving, Herman didn't know how to apply pressure bandage, didn't think
the laceration was severe enough to drive him to ER.
