Probert ... you should tell Terry the Terror his website has
inaccurate information ... the Appeals Court has already vacated their
order remanding his part of the case back to Superior Court.

Also ... Quack Barrett has not updated his website either to show that
he has lost 100% to me both at the Superior Court and now the Appeals
Court levels.

Barrett also lost his request for rehearing.
