You are treating all as being on medical charity. You would

It would take less than 6 months for there to be huge numbers
of attacks. One cannot defend the US except overseas.
As for taking care of the people at home, we are already taking
too much from those who can, and killing the goose. Government
control of just about anything greatly weakens it, and I mean
just about anything.
