Force? I wouldn't force them to do anything. I am more interested in *preventing* crime against humanity.
First I think it's a stretch to claim price gouging is any crime against humanity.
If you're not planning on using some form of force I assume that you suggest the proper response for those offended by such actions is to offer the item at a price that isn't inflated due to the temporary condition. That's all that would be required to stop opertunistic price by some.
