Why don't you read up on the Fraser Institute, you twit..
It's a very well respected Canadian Think-Tank with a world-wide
reputation..
It is also know NOT to take partisan positions.

That the police infrastructure and administration cost is up A$200 million.
Could that be the dirfference that you missed ?
Seems rather obvious to me..
Actual cost of buying back the guns
    300
Increase in bureaucratic costs
    200
Total
    500..

But feel free to cite YOUR source proving that the Australian seizure,
er..buyback ONLY cost A$300 million..
