   Well, hopefully the owner will get that $50 fine on each of the 
three dogs he let run free. $150 will certainly send a message!

   Personally I wouldn't have been as patient as you. If I were 
the jogger or the husband of the woman they attacked on previous 
occasions, I'd have dropped by with the old Winchester Defender 
full of 3 inch "double-ought" that night.
