I suspect there are a couple of Justices who would retire now if they
thought there was a chance in Hell that the Democraps would allow Bush
to appoint a new justice/chief justice....
Some anti-gunners have tried to say the Second is dead since the XIV
didn't make any mention of it or apply it to the States. I believe
the XIV only applies to what it says it applies to, but that's the
literalist in me...
