Look at the court cases. You're wrong.
Wrong. The federal government has no constitutional authority to infringe on the private ownership of weapons. The only arms the federal government has any constitutional authority over or government owned arms and militia in federal service. The Constitution gives the federal government no authority or what weapons you may keep for your personal and family defense.
You're wrong and you know you're wrong. There is gun control. It has not been overturned in the courts. Therefore, the government can and does control guns.
Simple.
If the above author feels the federal government has the constitutional authority infringe on the private ownership of weapons, let him state that portion of the Constitution which gives that power to the federal government.
You're wrong and you know you're wrong. There is gun control. It has not been overturned in the courts. Therefore, the government can and does control guns.
Good luck.
