  Fewer jobs in the medical field , people employed in gun manufacturing
industy/sales put out of work. Then there's the cost of gun registries and
such, tax money taken out of the federal budget, possibly higher taxes for
workers, etc...

 The cheap way out can often be quite expensive, in the long run.
