Mike, any case that has no constitutional basis is a
disaster; thus, all your gunlobby inspired cases fail.

I didn't see anything regarding the central issues of this
case that was very different from other Second Amendment
challenges.

Note that gunlobby shill Mike is an expert at telling gun
owners how to spend their paychecks, even though he can't
point to any legally binding judgments granting a personal
gun right under the Second Amendment.

Of course, there's never been any personal gun right under
the Second Amendment, although we've always enjoyed gun
rights under state constitutions & statutes.

Does anybody know what might happen if you got a
constitutional amendment passed that actually granted you a
personal gun right under the Second Amendment? Seems to me
that instead of your state leg regulating gun ownersgip and
use, you'd have Congress doing that.

We know from Garwood's dicta that even if there were a
personal right to have guns under the Second Amendment,
Congress could still regulate gun ownership and use; and
Emerson's spending a few years in federal prison because he
didn't believe that.

So, besides enriching the gunlobby and keeping the gun
manufacturers from going completely broke, what are you
paying for? A nominal distinction in case law? There'll
never be a universal, unlimited right to have guns.

So what do you want, Mike? What's the goal?
