The 150-grain bullet used in that test almost certainly would not; however, I would not be willing to say the same thing for a 230-grain bullet fired straight into the air from a .45, provided that the round got high enough that it reached its terminal velocity on the way back down. Point is, there's no blanket answer to the question.
