No, if everybody can keep and bear arms, they can keep them 
and bear them in the militia or anywhere else.  It's just a 
blanket permission to have guns and carry them, which is what 
you want - right, Davieloon?

The language of the Second Amendment and all the debate in 
the First Congress shows it's a militia amendment.

You really have no framers or founders saying anything except 
it's a militia amendment.

State militias would exist under the state military power, 
but the states partially ceded that power to the federal 
government and keep part of it, see the US Constitution.

That has nothing to do with any personal gun right.
