Only in a 55gr loading and them just barely( 4058fps, 55gr Nos BT,
44.5grs H4895) . In working load of 80-100gr it's between 3300 and
3000. It's just a .308 necked down to a 6mm.
The fastest commercial cartridge in the world is the 220 Swift at
4400fps.
