America has spent billions that would have otherwise been spent on
fighting crime at home, reducing poverty, curing diseases etc.
American forces are dying almost daily as they find themselves in
another Vietnam. More Arabs are volunteering as suicide bombers as a
result and so on. Meanwhile God dam Hussein has had plastic surgery
and is living as an affluent retiree in Miami.

Sounds like the plan is going quite well.
