Re: Tony Martin

The Martin case was a travesty from beginning to end.
He was given life in jail- for protecting himself.
He was denied release- because of fear he might harm another burglar!
After a major public outcry, Martin was released.
He lives in constant fear, as the brother of the crook he killed has
vowed to kill him.
The Crown is willing to give the thug he wounded 5,000 Pounds to sue
Martin.
This is INSANE! Wasn't it England that gave us the phrase, "A mans home
is his castle"?
What the HELL has happened to England?????

"Stupidty is the only universal capital crime; the sentence is death.
There is no appeal, and execution is
carried out automatically and without pity."
