Interesting but not relevant. Since your source does not control for those
states where adults are included in the age limits set.

At most you have shown that addressing 18 and 19 year olds as children is
improper, since by your own source some of these are NOT.

Backpedal all you like, but the fact remains that those over 18 and 19 are
not children.
