More pounding square pegs in round holes? I guess you just have to
resort to a smart ass answer because you can NOT find any proof of
that the federal government ever created or recognized your imaginary
militia, only that well-regulated militia. Yet if you can't find such
recognition then hopes of granting them rights meant for the
well-regulated militia collapse.

We're talking about the 2ed not the ninth amendments. I have stated
that I believe if there's a universal right to bear arms it's there.
Since your imaginary unorganized militia is NOWHERE to be found in the
Constitution, its amendments, or the Militia Act of 1792... and even
when it is created in 1903 it is NEVER trained... your attempts to
wave your wand remain comic. BTW... there's no evidence that
pre-constitutional colonial militias were ever common law... but
always a result of statutory law. Without law... any militia you hope
is covered by the 2ed doesn't actually exist. Even if it's a legal
militia... it has to meet federal guidelines.
