Walking in front of a semi or train is 100%, so? Still no excuse to 
infringe the human rights of anyone else.

It might lower crime if we locked you up, because it would be a sure thing 
you wouldn't commit a crime. Should we?

Get some help for the son, buy the gun and keep it out of his reach.( for 
example a Gunvault )
