Exactly how newsworthy is this? Compared to, say, other shootings or crimes or current day stories? This is about putting the KKK, Guns, and a gun crime / gun accident all in the same article. No matter what the conclusion or outcome of the story is, people are gettting a painted picture of guns = a nuisance or danger on society. It implies that guns are something the KKK uses (not just in that scenario). Which is true, but isn't making a point, rather just saying it. It paints a picture that guns are affiliated with racists. Why haven't they done a story on defensive gun use, or perhaps a story on someone who won a major tournament in marksmanship? It's another story about the reckless and criminal use of guns. Another show of how guns are used (in their narrow view) by those who own them. GUNS = "rednecks" = gun crazy's = recklessness = criminal = racist = dangerous = KKK = paranoid. If you think I am being radical in my thinking, think again, CNN has no intention of ever showing anything remotely gun related in a positive light, in fact they work at FABRICATING stories about guns. see CNN's story on the AWB (assault weapons and how they are "full-auto") __________________________ DTOMMF
