with SOME exceptions i agree it does - such as labeling for foods.

of course, martin has no legal backing, no legal knowledge and is immensely
ignorant of the law surrounding speech (both in the US and in other
countries), but even he can be correct on occasion.

however, i would never claim the iraqis have the kind of (the extent) of
free speech that we have in the US.  nor should they.  it's called an
occupation.  it aint a picnic.

of course we could deny free speech to arab tv networks.  assuming for the
sake of argument that we DID, so what?
