The boy you're speaking of was being "cared for" by his uncle because
both parents were in jail. Our President Clinton actually said that a
law requiring trigger locks would have prevented this tragedy. That
the uncle, who was a felon and a drug dealer in unlawful possession of
a stolen gun,  would have provided a trigger lock to protect the kid
but hadn't thought to provide regular meals or a bed for him to sleep
in. Yeah, right. Born yesterday, were you?
