So what about heart disease.....if someone eats fatty foods and dies at an
early age, the result is the same.

Looks to me like an excuse to take over and control every aspect of your
life, career, indeed every choice you ever could make. Why not simply admit
you want everyone to become slaves to the State so that the State can insure
the maximum return from each of us?
