You can borrow the British constitution - our Tony doesn't seem to be
using it right now! Just don't put anything silly in the EU
Constitution such as the 'right to bear arms'. In all seriousness I
think corruption comes with big government and the ruling elites of
wealthy nations - having a codified constitution hasn't prevented
corruption in the US and won't in Europe however high-minded certain
Europeans get about the superiority of European values! I find it
bizarre that those with a big agenda for European integration want to
be less like America by trying to be more like her – no European
federalist has ever really explained this Orwellian paradox and
perhaps somebody reading this could.
