Has the cost of living rose?
How can you fight poverty if the cost of living remains the same or
reduces?
Where are the police going to get all that money it takes to chase them
off their land and lock up the poor?

I think the article is good however the Police States will tear it apart
due to the powaquatsis need for capitalizing on chaos.
