The average daily salary the deceased acquired before death, multiplied by
the number of work days between death of the victim and the average life
span of a person in the country of choice over the period of choice.

This is the only statistic which counts, as the smoker lived most his/her
life. You cannot add used life into the expense of the loss of a 60 year old
who dies 7 years too early and 5 years before retirement.
