Not to me. Why do ask? Nobody thinks the government services they get are worth the taxes they pay. If they did, the tax rate would be 100% now and people would pay voluntarily. A possible exception would be, for instance, someone who gets a big government pension. But the average Joe knows that taxes are a rip-off. The question is whether they have the power to do so or not, and whether the people "granted" them the power to take everything we earn.
