The plan to restrict acces to coffee shops to dutch visitors only is
probably not reachable. As far as i know there will be no regulations
to restrict acces on this area. The minister is from the Christian
party and does not approve drugs from his vision. He presented this
'idea' during a meeting with his German counterpart. Probably just to
give relations a boost.
