Nope. Like someone fighting terrorists. Terrorists kill people who
were not trying to kill them before they were terrorists. Those 
fighting against terrorists would stop if the terrorists stopped. 

Now, do you understand the assymetry of these two different sides, 
or not?? It's the model of Good, as opposed to its opposite, Evil.

Those who are Evil will try to kill off those who are Good, the Good
will try to stop Evil Acts, but will not kill off the Evil unless they
have to, to defend themselves.

Bush is irrelevant. His replacement of either party will have to do
